The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with a city map and marking all the must-visit places. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the historical sites. The room was spacious and had useful amenities like a refrigerator and kettle. There was a market nearby, making it convenient for any needs.

Nothing could have been better.

The location was amazing, just a short walk from a famous church and on a lively street. the hosts were friendly and gave great tips about the area. the room was clean, air, conditioned, and had a kettle and mini, bar. We also received little treats like breadsticks and chocolates for free.

The lack of soundproofing was a major issue. the noise from the street and restaurants below was deafening and continued until the early morning hours.

Great location near Duomo, friendly and helpful staff, excellent English speaking, provided map and recommendations, cozy and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the pedestrian area next to the Duomo. It's so convenient being able to walk to all the major attractions. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great tips and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and I loved the attention to detail, with little extras like biscuits and tea making facilities. The separate private bathrooms across the lobby are also very clean and well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay in this central hotel. It is located just near the church in the pedestrian area right next to the main attractions of this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, advising us on the best places to visit and local restaurants to try some authentic Italian food. With its ideal location in the quiet neighborhood within the historical city center, we were able to explore all the beautiful places within a 15-minute walk.
